Basic Setup and Premium Launch Services

Setup services (Basic Setup at $997 and Premium Launch at $2,497) involve manual, customized work performed by FunnelMod. Because this work begins promptly after payment and requires significant time and resources, the following policy applies:

• Before work begins: If you request a cancellation before FunnelMod has started any work on your project, you may receive a full refund. Contact us within 24 hours of payment.
• After work begins: Once FunnelMod has begun setup work, refunds are not available. This includes any initial review, import, or customization work.
• Revisions: Each setup tier includes one round of revisions. Additional revision requests beyond the included round are quoted separately.
• Client delays: If you fail to provide required assets (logo, photos, copy, login credentials) within 14 days of payment, work may be delayed. No refund is issued for delays caused by the client.
• Scope: Refunds are not issued for work that falls outside the described scope. Review what is included in each tier before purchasing.
